The stockfish is made with Cod fish by naturally air drying it in the very cold winter wind of Norway. It is placed to hang dry by the tail on wooden rack for about 3-4 months. It is a good source of protein, calcium and B-Vitamins. There is no salt or preservatives added. It does not need to be refrigerated. Soak or boil it when ready to use and add to your stew such as ogbono, efo, ewedu, gbegiri, obe ata, ikokore or any other African dishes.
